Thanks to our services, you can not only choose the sites you would like to visit but also purchase tickets for all attractions in a single transaction. We are constantly growing, and week by week, our offer becomes more extensive and diverse.

FAQ:
- How will I receive my ticket?
The ticket will be sent to you via email containing a QR code. If you are a logged-in user, you can also find your ticket in the „MY TICKETS” tab. - How will the ticket be verified at the attraction I plan to visit?
Make sure you have received the email with the QR code or that it is available in the „MY TICKETS” tab. Simply present the code at the venue for which you purchased the ticket. - What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
Check if you provided the correct address and ensure the message didn’t end up in your spam folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us, and we will send it to you again. - Do I need to log in to the website or download the app to buy a ticket?
No, you don’t have to. You can make purchases as a guest (unregistered user), but logging in or using the app will give you easier access to your purchased tickets. - How can I pay for the selected tickets?
The Hello! Cyprus platform is powered by Tpay S.A. (a payment institution registered by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. It allows you to pay via your bank’s interface, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
